At Palato, we strive to get your favourite snacks to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we expand our delivery reach.

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on all orders of AED 52 and above.

Orders below AED 52 may be subject to a delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available) via email or SMS. You can also reach out to us at info@mypalato.com with your order number for a status update.

Packaging

All Palato products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, our courier will make a second attempt. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
